By accessing or using SEND.dance (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
You must meet the following eligibility requirements to create an account and participate on SEND.dance.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account on SEND.dance. If you are under 14, you may not register.
If you are between 14 and 17 years old, you may participate in SEND.dance only with the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian. Your account will be placed in a pending state until your parent or guardian completes the email consent process. Until consent is confirmed, you may not pay entry fees, enter contests, vote, or make your profile publicly visible.

Entry fees and other payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Before proceeding to payment for a minor's registration, the responsible adult must confirm that payment is being made by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older, and that they are the cardholder or have the cardholder's explicit permission to use their payment method. Per our payment processor's terms, the cardholder must be 18 or older. SEND.dance does not verify cardholder age; the declaration is the dancer's or guardian's responsibility.
Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because a submitted entry immediately grants access to a contest, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, disqualification for rule violations, or failure to place. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@adsplus.agency before initiating a chargeback, and we will review the charge. Payments and any eligible refunds are processed through Stripe.
Contests ("Rounds") are skill-based competitions. Winners are determined by a combination of professional judging, community voting, and platform performance metrics; the exact weighting may vary by category and is designed to be applied consistently to all eligible entries. Prize amounts, categories, and the number of winners for each contest are shown on that contest's page before entry.
To be eligible for a cash prize you must meet the age and consent requirements above, comply with these Terms and the contest rules, and complete identity verification with our payout provider before funds are released. Contests are void where prohibited by law, and eligibility may be restricted in certain countries or jurisdictions.
Cash prizes are paid out to winners either to their bank account via Stripe, or in USDC on the Base network, at the winner's choice. Payouts are made only after the winner completes the required identity verification. Prize payouts are separate from, and not conditional on any refund of, entry fees. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes owed on prizes they receive, and for reporting such income where required by their local law.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. We maintain zero tolerance for sexual content, harassment, or exploitation — this is especially important given that our platform includes minor participants. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
You retain ownership of any video submissions or other content you upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant SEND.dance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your submission in connection with platform operations and contests.
All Platform software, design, branding, and original content produced by SEND.dance are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform materials without our express written consent.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEND.dance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
